I heard the term Web 2.0 recently and wondered what exactly it meant.  What happened to Web 1.0?  Did I miss something?  I’m supposed to be pretty on top of this technology stuff and nobody notified me that I needed to upgrade!
 
After a little research, I learned that Web 2.0 is a concept that some are decrying as a meaningless buzzword, while others are accepting it as new conventional wisdom.  I decided to do a little more digging so I could have an opinion of my own to add to the mix.
